Rob Aldous has extensive expertise in fundraising and philanthropy with a successful 25-year track record working for or advising medical research and healthcare charities. He has operated at the highest levels with the leadership of organisations, philanthropists and senior volunteers and is an experienced board member and senior manager. He has held senior roles at  Kingston Hospital Charity, Moorfields Eye Hospital, Barts Healthcare and Imperial Cancer Research Fund (now CRUK).

Suzie Stephens - Founding Director
Suzie has been working in Prospect Development for over a decade and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the profession, working in both non-profit and consultancy environments.

As well as running The Prospect Development Company since 2016, Suzie has been Prospect Development Manager at Save the Children UK (2010-2020), leading its Prospect Development Team with responsibility for all aspects of prospect research, pipeline management and due diligence. Previously, Suzie was Deputy Head of Research at boutique consultancy Fundraising Research & Consultancy (FR&C) (2007-2010).

Suzie is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and until very recently was a Committee Member for the Researchers in Fundraising (RiF) Special Interest Group (2016-2020). She has spoken at national and international conferences including RIF and Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA), on the topics of prospect research, pipeline management and donation acceptance. She led a team to win the RIF Award for Prospect Analytics in 2014.

She lives in rural Sussex with her husband, two young daughters, and cat Ted.
